Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please note that because we are not an “Internet Mail Order Only” company we cannot guarantee that all items listed on this site are in stock. We try to maintain stocks of all items that we list (unless otherwise stated), but if we are out of stock of an item we will do our best to get a restock as quickly as possible. We accept payment through paypal portal only. 
Shipping And Handling  Our postage & packing charges are included for all orders which are shipped second class. At the moment we only ship within the UK. If you live outside the UK and wish to place an order please email sales@thebespokegeek.com to discuss.
Delivery Schedule We normally aim to despatch your order to you within 1 or 2 days for items which are in-stock and for items which are made to order as soon as the item is made, paid and ready to ship. To enquire about the status of an order please email sales@thebespokegeek.com
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will aim to make your item for you within 1-4 weeks. If part of your order is in stock and part out of stock we will dispatch items separately. 
Tax Charges 20% VAT is not included in the price. As a small company we are not obliged to charge VAT and this allows us to bring you the product at a cheaper price. For further details please do not hesitate to check with us (email: sales@thebespokegeek.com)

Guarantee We like our customers to be pleased with their purchases, and will replace or exchange any non custom item with which you are not fully satisfied within a period of 30 days as long as the item is returned to us in saleable condition.

Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to:a. Take and fulfil customer orders b. Administer and enhance the site and servicec. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we guarantee to exchange any non custom goods or refund your money for non custom sales, provided you contact us within seven days of receiving your order. Before returning unsatisfactory goods please contact us. PLEASE NOTE: The Bespoke Geek is not responsible for costs incurred in supplying or returning correctly supplied and undamaged goods, and we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of up to 25% of the value of the goods. We recommend that returned items are sent by Recorded Delivery. In the case of wrongly supplied or damaged goods we will refund your postage costs. The Bespoke Geek reserves the right to alter or amend the specifications and/or prices of the products offered for sale, or withdraw them completely without prior notice. Our Guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. PLEASE NOTE: Custom and Bespoke Items may not be eligible for exchange or refund.
